Staff and location could not be better. Plenty of supplies in the room: a safe, central heating and a work desk. Fabulous base for exploring Beaune.

i stayed here 1 night and i loved it. i stayed at the charm queen room with garden view. location very close to the ramparts, restaurants and gorgeous shops.

It was as expected, had a really unforgettable stay. Fresh made breakfast, peaceful location and TERRIFIC staff. It had a walk-in shower in the beautifully designed bathroom. Simple check-in and superb customer service. The hotel was near the lovely beach.

Exceptional overall experience. The hotel was near the heart of the Beaune. The room was satisfactory, satisfactory with big bathroom. The poolside bar was comfortable and the staff were friendly attentive.

It was an awesome stay. Room quirky and soft beds, REASONABLY PRICED location. Breakfast had lots of options and fresh fruit, croissants and tea were cheap. The hotel was minute walk from Beaune downtown.

Bissoh was 10 mins walk away. We appreciated everything there, especially service and facilities. Gay Michel and other tourist spots were close to this hotel. Honestly no reason to complain.
